Common failure analysis and removing

Opening or closing too fast | adjust the open and close adjust screw to make sure the open and close speed suitable ,and fasten the screw |
Operation works but no cushion | adjust the cushion screw to make sure the action has open and close cushion |
Opening and closing too slow | air pressure is lower than 0.6~0.8Mpa there is air leakage of pump body assembly of the door, should inspect gradually and replace the defected parts |
Door light not turn out when the door closed | the toggle switch has not cut off the power |
The seal between two door panel or between the edge of door panel and door frame does not tight. | loose the screw, adjust the upper and lower arm which is connected with the shaft stud .pull the door panel to make it work well with the seal and then fasten screw(except the welding part of the arm),adjust the guide roller off-center shaft to make it work well with the seal. The tightening nut on piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder is loose, double adjust the tightening screw nut. |
